How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days . Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method you choose and your location:

  • Standard Shipping: On average, packages arrive within 7–15 business days . Delivery times may vary slightly by country or region.
  • Express Shipping: Packages are usually delivered within 5–10 business days .
  • Oversized Items: For large or special shipments delivered by sea freight, the estimated delivery time is 20–50 business days , depending on your country and region.

Please note that deliveries to remote areas may require additional time.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer shipping to most countries and regions worldwide, including North America, Europe, Australia, Asia, and even many remote areas. However, please note that there are some extremely remote locations where our delivery service may not be available. If your shipping address falls within these exceptions, we will contact you promptly.

In most cases, we pay the customs duties upfront on behalf of our customers, ensuring you receive your package smoothly and without hassle. However, for certain countries, your assistance with customs clearance may be required before delivery can be completed. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Where do you ship from?

Most orders are shipped from our main warehouse in China, which holds the largest and most comprehensive inventory of our products. Additionally, we have a warehouse in Europe that stocks select items. Based on your location and the inventory available in our nearby warehouses, we will determine the best shipping option to enhance your experience and ensure faster delivery of your order. In the future, we plan to establish additional warehouses in various regions to further shorten delivery times and provide an even better customer experience.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We have established stable and reliable partnerships with a wide range of shipping and logistics providers, including major companies such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, TNT, and Aramex. For standard shipping, we typically use air shipping combined with local courier or postal services. Our logistics partners maintain strong relationships with most national postal services to ensure smooth deliveries.

For express shipping, we select the most efficient courier based on your delivery address to guarantee the fastest possible service. This approach allows us to provide reliable and flexible shipping solutions to meet your needs.

How much is shipping?

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $99. If your order total exceeds $99, you will automatically receive standard shipping at no additional cost. You also have the option to upgrade to express shipping for $20 per item. For orders under $99, a shipping fee of $6.99 per item will be applied. Please be aware that certain oversized items or deliveries to remote areas may require additional charges. If this applies to your order, we will contact you to confirm any extra fees before shipping.

How can I track my package?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your package tracking number. You can check the status of your shipment by clicking the tracking link in the email and entering your tracking number.

Please note: Tracking information typically takes 24–48 hours to update. During holidays, updates may be delayed, but there is no need to worry—you can always reach out to our customer service team for assistance with your package.

Payment & Ordering

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a wide range of payment methods, including but not limited to PayPal, credit/debit cards, Western Union, bank transfers, and Wise. Additionally, we embrace innovative digital payment solutions—if you’re a cryptocurrency enthusiast and wish to pay with digital currencies, we are happy to support that as well.

Is my payment information secure?

My payment was declined. What should I do?

Payment may fail due to insufficient funds, incorrect billing details, an expired card, or restrictions on your card for online purchases. Please double-check your information or try using a different card. If the problem persists, please contact your bank for assistance.

If you are unable to complete your payment, we recommend trying an alternative method such as PayPal. Alternatively, you can reach out to our customer service team for further assistance—we are here to help you resolve any issues.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

You may cancel or change your order before it is shipped . Once your order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. In some cases, a small processing fee (5–10%) may apply to cover merchant transaction costs.

How long before my order ships?

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.If an item is out of stock or requires customization, processing may take longer. In such cases, we will notify you via email.

How do I know that my order has been successfully submitted?

Once your payment has been received, we will send you a notification email to inform you about the update status.

What should I do if I didn't receive confirmation?

We always recommend to our valued customers to check SPAM/FOLDER if you have not received an order confirmation. If you still do not see it there, please feel free to contact our customer support and we’ll send it again right away.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging.

How do I start a return?

Please contact us at support@bydhub.com with your order number and reason for return. Our support team will provide instructions.

Which items are not returnable?

Custom-made items are not eligible for return.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes. Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 10 business days . Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not process direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange, please return the original item and place a new order.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

Please contact us immediately with photos or videos. We will evaluate the issue and provide a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

How do I know if a product fits my BYD model?

Most of our products list compatible vehicle models on their product detail pages. For certain critical parts, if you are unsure whether the item fits your vehicle, please contact our customer service team and provide your vehicle’s make, model, year, and VIN. We will be happy to assist you in confirming compatibility.

Can you help me find my car’s VIN (Vehicle Identification Number)?

Yes. You can locate your VIN on your car registration documents or use online tools such as vindecoderz.com . Providing your VIN helps us confirm part compatibility.

What if I can’t find the part I need on your website?
