Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays (including Hong Kong holidays).
If an item is out of stock or requires customization, processing may take longer. In such cases, we will notify you via email.
Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
We cooperate with multiple logistics providers, including national postal services and international commercial couriers (such as UPS, DHL, FedEx, TNT), to ensure the best balance between cost and delivery speed. Depending on the product type, package size, and destination, your order may be shipped from our warehouses in the EU, China, or other regions.
Standard Shipping (Air Freight + Local Courier/Post): 7–15 business days for most countries. This is the default method for regular parcels and offers a reliable balance of speed and cost.
Express Courier (UPS, DHL, FedEx, TNT): 3–7 business days for urgent or high-value shipments.
China–Europe Railway Line: 15–20 business days, primarily used for certain routes within Europe.
Sea Freight (Bulk/Oversized Items): 20–50 business days, recommended for large or heavy goods.
Special Cases: For countries or regions with slower postal systems or limited courier coverage (e.g., Colombia, South Africa), delivery may take up to 60 days or longer. In such situations, we recommend upgrading to an express service for faster and more reliable delivery.
Note: Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on customs clearance, local courier efficiency, and external factors such as extreme weather or public holidays.
Shipping Fees
Worldwide Free Shipping is available for most orders.
Remote Area Surcharge: Deliveries to remote regions (e.g., Puerto Rico, Alaska, islands, and certain rural areas) may incur an additional fee. If this applies, our customer service team will contact you in advance.
Express Shipping Options: If you need faster delivery, you can select an express courier service directly at checkout . Alternatively, you may contact our customer support team to upgrade your order to an express shipping method by paying the price difference.
Oversized or Overweight Items: In rare cases, for certain oversized or overweight packages , logistics providers may charge additional fees due to their policies. If this situation arises, we will notify you promptly and work with you to share this cost. Please rest assured that such cases are uncommon.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
At BYDHUB , we strive to provide a smooth shopping experience for our customers worldwide. In most cases, we will arrange for customs duties and taxes to be paid in advance whenever possible, allowing your order to be delivered directly to the shipping address you provided .
Please rest assured that in the majority of countries, our packages are delivered to customers smoothly and seamlessly . All the complex customs and logistics procedures are handled by us, so you can enjoy a worry-free delivery experience . We will only reach out to you in special cases where your cooperation is required to help your package arrive safely.
However, due to varying customs policies in different countries and regions, there may still be situations where we require your assistance in the clearance process. If such a case arises, we will promptly contact you once notified by the shipping provider. You may be asked to provide additional information or to pay duties/taxes directly to your local customs office.
We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation in these cases. Please note that if customs clearance fails due to lack of cooperation or refusal to pay the required fees, the buyer will be responsible for all resulting costs or losses, including the return or destruction of the package.

Delivery Responsibility
At BYDHUB , we offer a 100% Delivery Guarantee on all orders. If your package is lost during transit for any reason, we will either reship a replacement at no cost or provide a full refund . Your satisfaction and confidence in shopping with us are our top priority.
Once an order is marked as “Delivered” by the courier, BYDHUB’s shipping responsibility officially ends. If a package goes missing or is stolen after it has been confirmed as delivered to your address , we cannot provide a refund or replacement. For this reason, we kindly ask you to ensure that your shipping address is secure and accessible.
If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer , BYDHUB will not be held responsible. However, we are always willing to assist and will do our best to help minimize the loss in such situations.
In rare cases, couriers may attempt to contact you at the time of delivery. If repeated delivery attempts fail because you could not be reached, the package may be returned as “Undeliverable” , and such orders will not be eligible for a refund. Please rest assured that such situations are uncommon. In most cases, our logistics partners will notify us of delivery issues, and we will contact you promptly to keep you informed. To avoid delays, please ensure that your email and phone number are accurate and reachable .
Restricted Shipping Areas
Military addresses such as APO/FPO/DPO are generally not supported by UPS, FedEx, DHL, or TNT.
Please provide a valid residential or commercial address to ensure successful delivery.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email with a tracking number.
Tracking becomes active within 24 – 48 hours .

Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Packages
At BYDHUB , we take every precaution to ensure your order is delivered safely. However, due to the nature of international shipping, certain situations may occur:
- Minor Packaging Damage: In some cases, your item’s packaging box may experience slight compression or cosmetic damage during transit. We kindly ask for your understanding, as this does not affect the product itself.
- Severe Damage Affecting the Product: If your item arrives with significant damage that impacts its functionality or usability, we will replace it with a brand-new item at no cost to you . At the same time, we will also assist you in filing a claim with the courier. Most shipping companies keep image records of packages at different checkpoints to confirm the condition of the parcel during transit, which helps us hold them accountable when necessary.
- Lost Packages in Transit: If your package is lost before it is delivered, BYDHUB takes 100% responsibility . We will either reship your order free of charge or issue a full refund .
- Packages Lost After Delivery: Once a package has been marked as “Delivered” by the courier, BYDHUB cannot be held responsible for theft or loss occurring after successful delivery. We kindly ask you to ensure your delivery address is safe and accessible.
- Delivery Delays: Occasional delays may occur due to high shipping volumes, customs inspections, or courier disruptions. There’s no need to worry—we will assist you in tracking and resolving such issues, and you are always welcome to contact us for updates on your order’s latest status.
