Refund and Returns Policy

At BYDHUB , we want you to shop with confidence. We stand behind the quality of our accessories and parts, and we aim to make your return or exchange experience clear, fair, and hassle-free. Please review the following policy carefully before placing your order.

Cancelling or Modifying Orders

Before Shipment: You may cancel or modify your order at any time prior to shipment. If you paid by credit card, a 6% processing fee will be deducted from your refund. This covers non-refundable merchant fees incurred during payment and refund processing.

After Shipment: If your order has already been shipped, please contact us immediately. We will attempt to intercept and return the package, but success cannot be guaranteed. If interception is successful, shipping costs and the 6% processing fee will be deducted.

Returns After Receiving Your Order

Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery .

You must first contact us at support@bydhub.com to request authorization and obtain the correct return address.

Items returned without prior approval will be rejected.

Return Conditions:

Items must be unused, uninstalled, unaltered, and in original packaging .

Any product that has been installed, painted, scratched, cracked, bent, or had adhesive/tape removed cannot be returned .

If accessories are not packaged securely and are damaged during return shipping, the buyer is responsible for the damage.

The original shipping fee paid is non-refundable .

Return shipping and any customs/duties incurred are the responsibility of the buyer (unless due to BYDHUB error or product defect).

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products

Defective Products: Must be reported within 7 days of delivery . BYDHUB will issue a prepaid return label and send a free replacement. If you prefer a refund instead of replacement, the original shipping cost will be deducted.

Shipping Damage: If your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging. Do not install the product —installed items cannot be claimed as shipping damage. All damages must be reported within 7 days. A replacement will be sent once the damaged item is returned. If you prefer a refund, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Incorrect or Missing Products: Report within 7 days of delivery by emailing support@bydhub.com with photos and order details. We will issue a prepaid return label and send the correct product or ship missing items immediately. Installed items cannot be returned for this reason.

Custom Orders

Custom-made parts are non-refundable once production has started.

If canceled after ordering, a 50% restocking fee applies.

Extended production time is not a valid reason for cancellation.

Installation & Fitment Issues

All BYDHUB products come with a fitment guarantee when installed by a professional body shop.

If a fitment issue arises, contact support@bydhub.com with photos within 7 days of delivery. If confirmed defective, we will send a replacement.

If you choose a refund instead of replacement, restocking and shipping fees will be deducted.

Products damaged, modified, or with protective adhesive tape removed cannot be returned .

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once you receive your tracking number, please monitor it regularly.

If your package shows no updates for 7 business days , contact us immediately.

If delayed beyond 3 weeks , it may be considered lost, and we will file a claim with the carrier before resolving the issue with you.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–10 business days (depending on your card issuer/bank).

Processing fee will be deducted from all credit card refunds.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return Address

Since BYDHUB operates multiple warehouses, the return address will be provided once your return is authorized. Do not return items without prior approval.
